Return Policy

We strive to deliver high quality custom products to you in a timely manner. We understand you may feel that the item delivered is not exactly what you expected. If the issue is not due to a misspelling and you are not satisfied, please complete a Support Ticket Request Form within 7 days of receiving your order.

In the event that a Team Bottles’ error is found, we will reprint and ship the item(s) at no cost. If you believe your order was not produced as instructed, let us know and we will resolve the issue. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final and items cannot be returned.

You will receive a PDF proof of your artwork (design) for approval prior to print and production.  We will do our best to match colors to the logo you provide. We cannot guarantee that colors will match uniforms or past orders unless other color samples or PMS numbers are provided.

** Please note: Actual color may vary from the proof picture due to monitor settings. When viewing colors it is important to remember that you are viewing your proof on a computer screen, which displays in RGB and can enhance contrast or alter colors. We design our prints in CMYK, and as such, the printed product may vary from your on-screen preview.

Please double-check all spelling and input data carefully as we produce from the roster information you provide.  Refunds will not be issued for data errors.

It is your responsibility to obtain permission to use logos and mascots you upload.  We are not responsible for obtaining permission to use logos.

Disclaimers

SHIPPING NOTE: Because these are custom produced products, orders generally ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of order and payment, except for mouth guards. Expedited processing / shipping is available during check-out.

It is your responsibility to obtain permission to use logos and mascots you upload.  We are not responsible for obtaining permission to use logos.

Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a defective product, please complete a Support Ticket Request Form describing the problem and submit it within 21 days of receiving your order. We may ask you send a picture to help us better understand the issue and we may request the defective item be returned to us at our cost.

We do pre-inspect each bottle before shipping. Bottles dropped on hard surfaces, such as ice rinks or asphalt / concrete are very prone to splitting, especially in cold conditions like hockey rinks. Our bottles will not withstand being hit with sport sticks or racquets. Such incidents will not be considered defective bottles.

Missing or Damaged Items

Issues with missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued based on inspection. Please complete a Support Ticket Request Form explaining the problem and we will respond promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Because these are custom products, for Standard Delivery orders, you may change or cancel your order within twelve (12) hours of submitting your order by completing a Support Ticket Request Form. For Rush Delivery orders (any order requiring faster delivery than a Standard Delivery order), once placed you may not change or cancel your order.
